We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our stylist's day and your services by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Please call Before your appointment start time. Depending on the delayed start time you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day.
Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. Text Messaging & Booking
Starting in 2017 we will no longer be accepting TIPS on credit cards. Gratuity is more than welcome in the form of cash or a check, also some of our stylist have money sharing apps such as Venmo, Cash App, and Pay Pal. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We are happy to provide text reminders for you, but please be advised our text reminders do require a reply for us to know that you have received them. If you need to make changes, have questions, reschedule or simply cancel your appointment please call the salon directly 978-657-6070. We try our best to schedule and accommodate everyone, but stylists are not able to change or make appointments from their personal devices. Any scheduling must be done directly through the salon.
If you reply with anything other than "C" you'll receive a default message not understanding your response &/or if you reply with CANCEL you will be unsubscribed from our courtesy text reminders.
